Clearance applications can now be submitted to Mildura Basketball.
PLEASE NOTE:

Applicants are to complete both 1st Choice and 2nd Choice options for clearance to or the application form will be deemed incomplete and returned.

Application forms are to be completed by the APPLICANT and EXISTING CLUB before submission to Mildura Basketball or again, the application form will be deemed incomplete and returned.
To ensure your application is considered prior to the commencement of the upcoming Summer Season, please submit by 11:59pm, Tuesday 17th September 2024 via competitions@mildurabasketball.com.au.
